are packing rounds, grape and some cherry tomatoes. Roma tomatoes continue
to be behind on production, and we are seeing higher fobs on the Romas.
Local and Regional Markets Hearn Kirkwood is offering the first of the season's local Nectarines. Warmer than usual temperatures in June and July has brought on an abundance of fruit. Sugar levels are high and the color is beautiful! Peaches continue coming in with good size and color. You can expect freestones by next week some time. Colora Orchards is doing a fantastic job. Also, next week we can expect an increase in local yellow Corn as Papa John's is heavily into their harvest. Quality and sugar levels are great. We have perhaps one more week with New Jersey Blueberries, from Consolo Farms, left. Don't forget about our year round local availability of Local meats,
mushrooms and hydroponics.

Onions-Yellow onions are average size. Whites have lower supplies.
Green Onions -Quality issues have been minimal. Supplies are light on iceless product. Potatoes -Quality is mostly good, but there continues to be some peeper-sprouts and internal black-spotting in a few lots. Supplies continue to be limited on colored potatoes.
Romaine Hearts : The cold weather is preventing the plants from cupping up to form hearts. The situation looks to remain the same in for the near future. Ice in the fields will continue to cause supply issues as well as causing long delays at the shipping locations.
