Southern Deviled Eggs
If you are a fan of deviled eggs, you need to try these flavorful southern deviled eggs. The filling is very simple and topped with sweet pickle and pimento.
The recipe only takes 25 minutes to make and gives you up to 14 deviled eggs. You will need the following ingredients:
-7 large eggs (hard boiled and peeled)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Salt and pepper
-Paprika
-Pimentos
-Sweet gherkin pickles sliced
Cut the 7 boiled and peeled eggs in halves, removing all yolks. Place the yolks aside in a small bowl.
Mash the yolks and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish and mustard. Add a little salt and pepper and fill the egg whites with your yolk mixture. Garnish your deviled eggs with paprika, pickles and pimentos. Store covered in your refrigerator until ready to serve.
Mixed Green Salad With Parmigiano Crisps
This dish is an elegant mixed green salad with parmigiano crisps. It takes about 41 minutes to make and serve a family of 4.
You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of grated Parmigiano
- 4 cups of salad greens (mesclun, arugula, red leaf, romaine, or baby spinach are great choices).
- 1 cup of mixed fresh herb leaves (parsley, basil, oregano, chives or cilantro).
- 1 cup of cut grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
- ½ cup of cucumber (peeled/thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup of high quality extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup of red wine vinegar
- Salt
- ¼ cup of toasted chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, and hazelnuts.

Tangerine-Glazed Easter Ham
This delicious glazed Easter ham adds a little glam to Easter dinner with its slices of fresh tangerine, crispy caramelized fruit and marvelous presentation.

You will need the following ingredients:
- 1 (8 to 10 pound) smoked ham (bone-in and skin)

- 2 tangerines, sliced thin (remove seeds)
- 2 cups tangerine juice
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup of water
- ¼ teaspoon whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 ½ pounds of carrots, peeled

It is national pancake week! If you are a pancake lover, then this article will provide you fun and creative information on how to make pancake shapes. Read to make breakfast fun and enjoyable this week!
When meals are made creatively, it encourages fussy eaters to eat and learn at the same time (make breakfast a geometry or reading lesson). Being an artistic chef for breakfast is a moderately easy duty. It only takes the following items:
Ø Metal geometric-shaped cookie cutters
Ø Non-stick cooking spray
Ø Flat griddle
Ø Pancake batter
Ø Plastic squeeze bottle
Ø Metal Spatula
Ø Plate
Ø Butter Knife
The first thing you need to do is spray your cookie cutters with your non-stick cooking spray. Next, pre-heat your griddle to the temperature suggested by your pancake mix. You should use only a griddle with a flat cooking surface.
Once the griddle is heated, place the cookie cutters on the griddle. Make sure the cutting side is face down.
Pour the pancake batter into your plastic squeeze bottle and squeeze the pancake butter into the cookie cutters until the halfway point.
You do not want to fill the pancake batter anymore than halfway because the batter will flow over the cutters. Cook the pancakes and remove the cookie cutters with the pancakes still attached to it. Use your metal spatula to scrape your pancakes off the griddle and onto to your plates.
Once on the plates, remove the cookie cutter molds from the pancakes. Place pancakes on uncooked side back on the griddle to brown (cookie cutter molds should not be attached).

Breakfast

Ø Eat Oatmeal. Oatmeal with chopped nuts, raisins, banana and strawberries is a great source of protein.

Ø Eat Fresh Fruit. Some great fresh fruit to eat first thing in the morning are oranges, pears, strawberries, bananas, peaches, and blueberries. Eat it with yogurt and granola.
Lunch

Dinner
