Here are beverages you should drink on the regular to help you stay fit:
-Green tea. Have at least 3 cups of day to help you with weight loss and protect you from cancer and prevent Alzheimer’s.
-Drink protein shakes that include lemons, beets, apple, mango, blueberries and ginger. It will not only guarantee a delicious drink but it will keep you refreshed and energized on the daily.
-Drink plenty of water. You should have at least 8, 8 oz glasses of water every day to flush out toxins from your body and regulate your body temperature.
