You will need eggplants, olive oil, garlic, honey, ground cumin, tomatoes, onions, ground beef or lamb and parsley. Cut the eggplants into 1 inch thick rounds and rub them with a mixture of 3 tablespoons, olive oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Grill until the eggplant is tender and light brown. It should take a total of 20 minutes to grill on both sides of each eggplant. Layer the eggplants with tomatoes, onions and the cooked ground beef or lamb. Garnish this dish with parsley and enjoy.
