Lettuce - Yuma is in full swing. Look for prices to remain stable as the transition to Yuma begins relatively smooth. Weather patterns are favorable at this time. Romaine/Leaf - Markets are steady with ample supplies and decent demand. Prices should start to ease in the upcoming weeks. Quality is good at this time. Onions - Yellow, red and white onions are being harvested out of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado, and Utah. The yellow onion crop will at times suffer from a lack of size as evidenced by the current abundance of mediums. Market is stable.

Broccoli/Cauliflower - Current broccoli supplies are showing small to medium bead size with bracketing, cateye, and occasional spread, flowering, open or yellow bead is showing in some lots. The broccoli market is higher. Cauliflower supplies are very short at this time coupled with increased holiday demand has the market higher. Quality is generally good. Market is higher.
Potatoes - Idaho is wrapping their fall harvest. New crop Burbanks are now available with good quality. Market is stable.
Green Onions - Market is steady with ample supplies, decent demand and good quality found in most growing areas. Prices are stable.

Carrots - Jumbo carrot supplies are stable at this time with prices steady.
Avocado - California is finished for the most part with product available from Chile and Mexico with good quality. Market is stable.

Melons - Honeydew supplies remain fair to this point with very little change in market prices as demand is at a minimum. Quality is good with good color and sugar being reported. Cantaloupe quality is good with small fruit very tight. Market is higher.
Strawberries Blueberries - Supplies continue to increase on imports with good quality. Market is stable. Raspberries - Imports are prevalent now with good quality and steady pricing. Market is lower. Blackberries - Supplies have stabilized with good quality. Pricing is stable. Apples - New crop Red Delicious, Gold Delicious, Gala, Jonagold and Granny Smith apples are now available in various sizes and packs. New crop D'Anjou Pears are now available.

Celery - The celery market is stable on all sizes with good volume.
Grapes - Supplies and quality of Ruby and Crimson red grapes are excellent at this time. Market is stable. Domestic green grapes are finished. Chilean imports are available with good color and quality. Market is higher on green grapes.

Peppers - Supplies are decent as Florida continues to come into more volume with good quality. Market is stable.
- Heavy rains in Florida has delayed any volume and quality fruit which was anticipated. California has the best quality available, however, is priced higher than Florida. Hearn Kirkwood will have California Strawberries all week.
Oranges - California Navel Oranges are available. Quality is excellent. Sizes are peaking on 88 ct. and smaller. There is a significant savings smaller fruit.
